All tenants who park in designated parking areas must have a current Parking Authorization Form on file. Only tenants on the lease can park in their designated/authorized parking. Parking cannot be passed on to relatives or guests. Please note: there is no parking on the lawn, common areas,
in front of dumpsters, or off to the side of the driveway or parking lots. Please do not park in areas that violate fire codes, or limit access to emergency vehicles.
Seattle City monitors parking and acts on any possible violation that applies to the rental property and surrounding areas.
Tenants are responsible financially and legally for all parking decisions.
The tips outlined in "SAFETY MATTERS" are useful for Student Tenants in any town. Students are not immune to criminal or suspicious activity. However, common sense precautions can reduce vulnerability to both personal and property crimes, wrong doings or offenses.
